Yeah, it would be a cool project. Fossil, his source control and ticket manager looks interesting as well. I don't think I would use it, with git so intrenched, but the way it shows diffs on tickets is really nice.
Maybe you could steal ideas and/or code from Fossil to add
to Git in order to make Git better?
