Ask HN: Switching jobs to a similar role in another company
I work for a Californian company (at will). I'm wondering if I switch jobs to a different company, but worked on similar projects would that cause any problems? Thank you
In the past I worked at an insurance based company and they had a standard non-compete clause, but many left to work in other insurance companies and no issues were ever raised.
