The Flying Karamazov Brothers did real drum juggling but I can’t find a proper video outside of part of this compilation. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xVG8FBIW_iA

They would bounce juggle a large foot piano and wear electronic drums on their back hitting it with clubs. Quite a sight.

Edit: some additional percussive juggling starting at the 4 min mark of this video https://vimeo.com/264353589

Edit 2: proper video of my initial comment with the shoulder mounted drums. https://youtu.be/NFUQyJD9RK8
