Are there BGP problems this morning?

We could not get to Gmail this morning, which proved to be because the data was routed through Colombia, a country we ordinarily block. Has anyone else seen strange routing this morning, September 24?

I see one issue on 1k eyes [1] Related? Here [2] is a list of BGP LG servers if you need them. Google and GMail are showing issues on DownDetector [3]
