Wow. These issues are HUGE. This really needs some official response about blast radius. Xcode 13 with Swift 5.5 has been released for iOS (though not macOS). Developers are shipping, or planning to ship, with builds from it. Do they need to pull those back?

When i saw the speed at which actors were being implemented, together with the complexity of the features, i immediately told my team NOT to use them until at least one or two years, minimum.
