It should be noted the most prominent bans have ban for TOS violations unrelated to misinformation. Even the misinformation bots aren’t banned for misinformation, they’re banned because they’re automated accounts.

I agree, it's likely over 50%. If Twitter simply labeled viral political tweets as misleading by default, it would be more accurate than the system they are using now.

To be misleading, the tweets would have to make or a imply a claim about something we can measure, which I think is (sadly) already a big hurdle for most political tweets.
