I can notice the performance no longer being the problem for me. The only gripe
I have with Notion is too much flexibility, it’s easy to completely mess something up even by accident.

I like how information is marked stale/verified and the permission are much tighter. The data ladder is also better structured. I'll see how it works as our headcount increases.
Notion has a lock feature [1] on a document-level.
