I'm getting lots of emails. Most of them don't turn into calls because I cut off the process early. I want more than just coding in a corner in exchange for cash. It seems clear to me that the jobs are there if you want to be a coder, but it is tougher if you want some autonomy or authority.

So it all depends on what you want - if you want a coding job, fill out profiles on various sites and you'll get emails. If you want something else, you'll need to be more creative.
