This appears not to be Australian or "from down under" at all. Apparently just a joke language, collecting clichéd, stereotyped Australianisms.

(Sydney here) I'm sure I'm not the audience for this, but this feels rather mean-spirited to say the least. It's feels like it's intended to be "punching down". I flagged it. Maybe I totally misunderstood. The 3 existing comments here give me the same feeling - poor/crass/pointless attempts at humour like what would ordinarily get downvoted, written as if they're witty and hilarious.
