Executive Summary: tipc vulnerability in the Linux kernel from 5.10 to 5.15

The article does not cover disabling this module. To disable create /etc/modprobe.d/tipc.conf with either

  install tipc /bin/true

or

  install tipc /bin/false

Given this module is commonly used with user-space applications I would use /bin/false so that DevOps folks don't spend a lot of time debugging why their application does not work assuming they don't get the memo that this module has been disabled.
