Yes, being ordered and gagged by the US government is coercion. Are you familiar with the article you linked to?
Note: Not taking sides. Only trying to clear up the doubt.
This is false, although it's reasonable to assume that, during the coersion, some specific people or companies do roll over out of self-interest.
FISA court is not a real court in a "rule of law" sense if it is non-public and creates secret law. Both is the case. Also, maybe even more importantly: The FISA court did not even decide on individual surveillance acts under PRISM, but about the program in whole. Both together means that in no way there is a court oversight for this kind of surveillance.

Also, many (10?) years ago Boston Police were caught snooping around with fake accounts trying to find underground/house concerts by sliding into people's DMs. The DMs were hilarious. Super /r/fellowkids, stuff like "Yo whut up what's the 411 on the zip for tomorrow night's show? I won't tell the po po."
Someone posted about it on twitter and people came out of the woodwork with stories and screenshots of similar messages from a small handful of suspiciously new, sparse profiles.
Given Boston has one of the worst homicide clearance rates in the nation you would think our detectives would be interested in, you know, doing something about violent crime. But this is the city where you have to be licensed to have board games at your establishment, and apparently whether a TV is smaller or larger than 27 inches is of significant concern to the city: https://www.boston.gov/sites/default/files/file/2021/06/Annu...
I don't see any issue with this, civilians need to understand it is likely. It is comical that Facebook goes to state actors to remind them that it's against their terms of service. Suggests they don't know or care to know which accounts are fake, only that they saw the LAPD manual.
Reality never disappoints.
