Ask HN: Passive Sources of Income

Hello there

Last year I was looking for profitable sources of income.

So now I have:

- bank deposit [8% per year before taxes]

- solar system [18-25% per year before taxes]

Also I'm considering the possibility to rent out a house and a car

It would be nice to know about new ways of passive income
