I’ve had so many poor interview experiences and all of them at the big tech companies. I once went to google and only 2/5 interviewers bothered to show up.

Hell, in an interview I had this week I was given multiple incorrect answers to my clarification questions. Even when I said “I believe I answered it” the interviewer said “I don’t think so” until he finally looked up and was like “oh you got it”

I’m on zoom watching the interviewer text / look at other screens as I ask clarifying questions and they give dismissive answers “yea yea that sounds right, do that” while never looking up from their phone. Was a pretty “wtf” moment. I completed the interview, but I got the feeling the review will be subpar.
