Ask HN: What's the best way to moderate images in 2021?

I run a text-only forum but now I want to allow for image uploads. But... the moderation aspect sounds like a quagmire. What's the best approach?

I wonder if you're prematurely optimizing? Do you already have a human moderation team that can handle images too?

No, text is self-moderated by each user by using whitelists of users.
