The code in question:

  for ( int i=0 ; i < this.MyControl.TabPages.Count ; i++ )
  {
     this.MyControl.TabPages.Remove ( this.MyControl.TabPages[i] );
     i--;
  }

Nice analysis into the thinking that went into creating such bad code. Took me a while to even see the i-- at the bottom.
