Linus Tech Tips, while well meaning, makes me cringe hard whenever he ventures outside processor/motherboard/gpu reviews. Like when they have done stuff on virtualization, storage or sysadmin subjects it is almost laughable how out of their depths they are and you can tell they have no practical experience in those areas.
I suspect most of their target audience is equally out of their depth so they get away with it.
I really enjoy Techmoan, but he's more of a 'dead tech' YouTuber. He features some very niche items, such as automated store PA announce systems and sometimes puts a lot of work into fixing and documenting his fixes in order to demo.
I really like MKBHD and his reviews. I really hate TechLead and his scams
sentdex, he has a lot of deep-learning applications and explains them very well
