Amazon doubles its cap on base salaries for corporate employees

Lots of details are glossed over in this article. My main questions:

- What does this mean for stock grants? Are they being adjusted up? down? not changing?

- What levels will expect to see this salary bump? Is everyone currently sitting at 160k getting a bump to 350k?
