Visa and MasterCard Set to Increase Fees

From what I can gather it impacts specific online spending that has more fraud. They are lowering fees for smaller purchases and increasing them on larger purchasers.

Visa is changing their fees to lower them for any business bringing in less than $250,000 a year.
