It's a good thing. Ukraine needs help at this time and internet access is very crucial, especially in occupied areas and those places where the regular internet access is lost.

Starlink is in fact donating the majority of the units and the agreement for USAID to our hase some units came after Starlink made their initial donation of units. At the time of Musk's tweet it could have been factual.
