Show HN: I made my first algorithm

Hi I'm a newbie programmer I made a simple algorithm for finding side lengths of the smallest perimeter rectangle whose side lengths are integers and whose area is x?

I can be used to find factors of a number

So what do you think about my algorithm (performance?) Is this algotihm already exist?
