Opinion: It's time Russia and NATO stop playing games with nuclear war

As opposed to last week, when playing games with nuclear war was A-OK?

I'd be all for NATO single-handedly pledging not to use nuclear weapons. Not that it would matter. It's not as if anybody would hold them to it if they changed their mind.
