I went to Orlando and Tampa last month and found them very affordable.

I saw a 2 bedroom condo was $1,300 2 miles from the beach in Clearwater.

I do know that Miami is now pretty unaffordable. I know nothing about the other places mentioned in the article (naples)

Soon people saying they're 'underwater' on their apartment will take on a new literal meaning in Miami.
