Finnish power companies refuse to provide Yandex's data centre with electricity

>The Russian-based firm has been unable to reconnect to Finland's grid because it has not secured a contract with an electricity supplier, after its provider ended a five-year agreement a few months into the deal.

>The firm's data centre operations chief at the facility, Alexei Zhumykin, told Yle by email that the power firm Ilmatar Energia unilaterally ended its agreement.

What was periously speculated is now confirmed: Ilmatar ended their five-year agreement with Yandex on their own accord. I wonder if they had a "war" clause in the contract, since Russia was already saber-rattling when the deal was announced in June of 2021.

This sounds as if power companies in Finland are obliged to deliver to humans, blah blah human rights, but companies such as Yandex don't have human rights.
