Ask HN: Interview tips for a blockchain based startup

I am a 19 y/o, currently in my freshmen year. I was approached by an early stage startup (based on my profile) for working with them on a blockchain intelligence product, which might be used for placing orders under certain conditions.

Any general tips to be kept in mind when aiming to work with companies in the web3 ecosystem ? Anything which should be known beforehand ? I am new to all these things, and this will be my first formal interview.
