What are some inspiring videos I can watch to renew my passion for startups?

I remember when I was learning guitar and it was so frustrating in the beginning, I used to watch great rock guitarists and draw inspiration from them. Videos of live performance kept me going. Extending the same analogy, is there some great startup videos that I can watch to get inspired when I am down and demotivated?

I was there for this. One of the coolest, inspiring, and creative stories I have heard. I told all my friends to listen to it. Even my dad watched it with my recommendation and thought it was outstanding.

This was my other favorite during Startup School 2010: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MvmYGK2Jhck&feature=mfu_i...

I didn't attend (or apply) this year, but I hope to attend again in the future. It was awesome and inspiring (and I have no idea how I got selected).

By now there's a pretty good collection of talks from Startup Bootcamp at MIT: http://www.youtube.com/startupbootcamp

Some notable speakers:

    - Drew Houston (Dropbox) both in '09 and '11
    - Patrick Collison (Stripe)
    - Alex Polvi (Cloudkick)
    - Leah Culver (Convore)
    - Chris Wanstrath (Github)
    - Bill Clerico (WePay)
    - James Lindenbaum (Heroku)
    - Kyle Vogt (Justin.TV)
    - Adam Smith (Xobni)
    - Angus Davis (TellMe)
    - Paul English (Kayak)
    - Alexis Ohanian (Reddit/YC)
    - Dan Bricklin (VisiCalc)
    - Stephen Wolfram (Wolfram Research/Alpha)
    - Bob Metcalfe (PARC, 3M)

DHH is always fun.

Inspiration can be highly personal. This is the video that did it for me. "When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath, then you'll be successful."

This is just for fun (not informational at all), but I love how it parodies the startup culture.

At the very least the video will cheer you up :)

This one was posted here some time back and I liked it http://www.jasonshen.com/2011/getting-your-groove-back/#comm...

May not be technical. But, Bill Cosby's commencement speech, talked to my heart.

Not about startups specifically, but still great:

Go to Mixergy.com. It's hands down the best resource for learning directly from company founders.

Also go check out the early episodes of This Week In Startups.

I highly recommend Derek Sivers' videos: http://www.youtube.com/dereksivers
