he frequently points out that most insider trading scandals are obtuse, it's hard for people to understand exactly what happened never mind get angry about it.

Probably would be even better if members of Congress were limited to investing in index funds while in office.

Well not anymore because the SEC allows single stock Index Funds now.

Because the media hasn't told them to be angry about it.
