If you only make 7x minimal wage after tax then you are severely underpaid. 10-12x is the standard now.

Experience is an important factor here.

Minimal wage in 2022 is 3010 PLN (~630 Eur), so juniors/mids rather won't make 10-12x.

14k PLN netto = underpaid?

It at the low end of mid-level developer salary range. Some companies will pay close to that to a bright, promising Junior with 2 years of experience.
