I've just tried with a VPN and got to phone number screen with an IP geolocated near Kyiv. What's the error you're getting?

After confirming the ukraininan phone every page gives the same error - "OpenAI's API is not available in your country." The same goes for GPT-3. They just banned our country as a whole. For a ukraininan right now this situation is admittedly not the biggest problem in my life. Still don't see a reason for OpenAI to restrict our access.

Alright, that's indeed incredibly foolish of them. I hope the new HIMARS package will sweeten the insult at least a bit :^)

This one:

> Something went wrong > OpenAI's API is not available in your country.

I used “login with google”, and this is an error that I immediately got, haven’t got to the stage where they want my phone number.
