This is the same Pfizer that recently admitted under oath that they never actually tested the vaccine against transmissibility.

That is well known. If you read the research papers all vaccines only claim a reduction of hospitalization. IIRC both mRNA vaccines have a 80%-90% reduction of hospitalization if double blind randomized controlled trials. For me, it looks like a good outcome and a good test method.

We just need to forget all the country leaders and experts telling us it did stop transmission.

To reduce hospitalizations and avoid overwhelming the hospitals.

No that was masking, social distancing and lockdowns. By the time the vaccines rolled out the threat of hospital strain was gone and we were told it was to save grandma, if you weren't concerned with it. Workplaces mandated it "to protect our workers". Every single political leader and public health official claimed the vaccines would reduce transmission. Now we know they were all lying when they said that.

Are they still not liable for any vaccine injuries if they do this?

my favorite part is where pfizer got caught lying and keeps getting caught lying and no one in the media is calling them out because BROUGHT TO YOU BY PFIZER!!!!!!!! i wont be getting the vaccine anytime soon. maybe after they stop lying so god damn much.
