Hi there, I'm Kris, a sole entrepreneur who created a Live Chat solution and integrations with Microsoft Teams and Slack.

The goal of it to enable teams, who work with the platforms above, to chat with their website visitors by not leaving Slack or Microsoft Teams. This basically means that you can use Microsoft Teams or Slack not just for internal communication but for external as well.

Also, it's a productivity tool if you want your team to use one platform for communication and avoid switching to Customer Support software.

I see my clients enabling their teams to serve Customer Support in a convenient way and saving cost for them.

I'm focused only on Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations development for the Live Chat so check it out if it's actual for your team.

Thanks!
