Package is Deprecated because the Maintainer locked himself out by accident

Doesn’t seem like the maintainer locked themselves out, but rather simply no longer works for the palamtir. The github account he was using to reply was even the same one he used to commit earlier.

You can't deprecate a project on its Github page if you can't access it. That's even mentioned in a comment from the page you submitted (but perhaps didn't bother to read).
