Elon Musk has criticized Apple for years. Apple has mostly ignored him

It's deeply hypocritical because Teslas have all the same issues that Apple devices have: locked platform, opacity, high potential for surveillance and remote control, low independent or end user repairability, mandatory (and even silent) updates, vendor lock-in via proprietary connectors, etc.

Make Tesla cars and the Tesla network use CCS, make the cars more repairable, and make the digital elements more user-controllable and open and then maybe we can take this seriously.

Same with Bill Gates, BMW and WV. They all choose to ignore Musk childish attacks.

It's a missed opportunity for them because a rivarly elevates the profile of both rivals, but especially the one who was minding their own business and gets attacked out of nowhere by a maniac.

Eg. Zelensky vs. Putin

Musk is lucky that these people are too rich and mentally healthy and so they just want to enjoy life
