Libpb: PocketBase wrapper with serialization/deserialization support for D

This is my first rodeo with meta programming in D and I must say I find it rather awesome. I wrote this in less than 24 hours but the serializer is mostly done, deserializer just could do with some more types and then just a few API calls missing.

I really enjoy PocketBase and D and have a private project I want to work on but wanted a way to rapidly model the data using structs between that and the DB schema in my favourite language, D.
