Meta acquires Luxexcel, a smart eyewear company

No surprise about this acquisition and it is another smart move by Meta. I believe that Oculus is going to be a critical part of Meta in the coming years.

The AR glasses race is mainly between Meta and Apple. Even if Apple takes first place, Meta is gearing up to have both the hardware and software for second place, thanks to Oculus R&D.

But of course, they have the FTC to worry about which may ruin their plans.
