SEEKING FREELANCERS | Global, REMOTE

Toptal is a network that connects clients with the world's top freelance talent. There are a lot of open SWE jobs in the network right now. You can choose your own rate and take on as many (or as few) jobs as you'd like. There are hourly, part-time, and full-time positions, so you can choose the commitment that suits your needs (I'm primarily part-time because it makes sense for my schedule).

Let me know if you have any questions or want to learn more about my experience with Toptal.

Well, some time ago, I applied, there were some coding(?) interviews, but everything dropped when I read the contract. There were clauses that were highly unfavourable for me (give up right to court, high penalties for infringement). The infringement conditions were too generous for my taste and not negotiable.

Great marketing stunt Toptal team. Here is response I got.
