Sometimes I freak out with the possibility of encounter a problem that I will just not know how to solve at all, or that I screw up so badly that I lose customer data. It never happened in my career, but...

Is this just me? How to stop obsessing over this?

Can you make a list of the things you were afraid would happen?

Which ones ended up happening?

What did you do after they happened and how did you deal with that?

Have you now established that there were things you were afraid of, some you prepared for and some you didn't even foresee, that have happened, and that you have dealt with them?
