Like we needed further proof that GPT technology can be used to create credible bullshit. Now imagine it writing that PR for a non existing company/product/politician along with a link to their site, then on the fly build the site using a dormant domain that was conveniently registered years before (against whois creation date searches), populate the site with whatever bullshit it is being fed with, along with comments (positive reviews in case of products) from social media bots that were registered years before as well, and kept alive by writing innocuous comments on various non inflammatory or sensitive topics to avoid dragging the attention of moderators.
"CorruptGPT, activate a campaign that depicts people in the customer list I just gave you as the right people to have in power at the next elections, then promote the other list of products I'm feeding you with next"
