At first it sounded interesting so thought of giving it a try and it worked like a magic-wand. Definitely gonna try it for my customer success use cases as I can again imagine how it will ease my everyday conversations with customers.

Thanks a bunch Amey. Means a lot coming from a customer success leader like you.

Found the tool extremely helpful and easy to use. Was able to discover some issues as well in my first few recordings on our app and the autofix feature works amazingly well. Great job guys!

Thank you so much Ancras.

Today, I’m super stoked to announce the launch of Zipy Plug & Play, the on-demand Chrome extension of Zipy.

Let me paint you a picture: A customer calls in with an issue, and you can hear the frustration in their voice. You spend hours trying to reproduce the issue, but it never happens. You forward the issue to your product team, but they can't understand the user behavior. And when you finally get it to your developers, they're scratching their heads trying to fix the bugs. Sounds familiar?

We've been there, and that's why we created Zipy. And now with Zipy Plug & Play, you can easily record bugs in live customer environments and send them to your developers. Plus, with our ChatGPT integration, Zipy AutoFix can even suggest code changes to resolve the bugs. It's like having a superhero on your team, always ready to swoop in and save the day! Don't believe me? Give Zipy Plug & Play a try and see for yourself how it can help you sleep better at night, knowing that your bugs are taken care of.

Benefits of Zipy Plug & Play: Support can record bugs in live customer environment. QA can record and report bugs while testing. ▶ Growth and Product teams can track and replay user experience issues. Developers can AutoFix bugs within Zipy using AI. Overall, it can help save revenue, customers, and sleepless nights for your engineering, support and growth teams.

The plugin itself is free to use any number of times, but if you want to upgrade and store more than 1000 sessions a month, here’s a special discount coupon for the HN Community: Use ‘ZIPYHUNTERS25’ to avail 25% off on all our Startup and Growth Plans.

The Zipy team as a whole is certain that you will enjoy using the extension we have created. Looking forward to your feedback and support.

Helping you fix what matters, Karthik and Team Zipy.

The tool is very amazing! We can record in live customer environment and the autofix part is really cool it suggested me the exact fix.

Thank you so much Vaidehi :)

Tried it out. It's a versatile tool that you can use to track customer experience in multiple ways (it even suggests what to fix in code!) and the best part is that it's absolutely free. :)

Glad you like it yellow_flash8

Looks interesting. Can you share more documentation around how a developer can use it on a regular basis? Also how different is it from a regular session recording product like hotjar.

Here's the documentation: https://docs.zipy.ai/chrome-extension/zipy-plug-and-play-sup...

Installed, works smoothly. Able to see few network errors in my code.

Thanks Bhargava. Would love to get more feedback from you and your team. Let us know if you face any challenges with the plugin.

I appreciate the seamless integration and the session replay is very helpful. Looking forward to use it more frequently.

Thank you so much Mike

An amazing extension where I could record my website sessions and figure out errors in a jiffy.
