Directus is no longer open source

In the spirit of open source, a community fork is appropriate in this case.

Initial commit[1].

Will work on removing any reference to "Directus" over the weekend, and figure out strategy for the code base and publishing on NPM.

You should remove all references to the CLA from the contributing.md file in your fork. Also, I probably would have kept all their Git history before the license change, instead of squashing it all into one commit.
