EU regulators clear Microsoft’s $75B Activision deal

"Margrethe Vestager, the EU’s competition chief, said on Monday that Microsoft had made a series of concessions including allowing European consumers who purchase Activision games to stream them on all cloud game streaming providers for 10 years."

The deal should not be allowed. I would say Microsoft got their 5 million euros back with interest...

Why would EU and UK have any saying about 2 US-based companise??

Worst case scenario, they close all non-US branches, and re-open after the merger.
