Tips, On how to rise funds for an idea?

I'm currently in the processing of brining my idea to life, (Edtech) Start-up.

Any tips on how to rise funds, and also get people to work with you on your project, and what to avoid??

I know anybody can come up with a cool idea, and call it a start-up, but what matters is executing your idea, and bringing it to life.

I'm currently in the process of rising funds for my start-up, and looking for people who would collaborate, and hope on board with Me, on this Project.

I believe that Edtech software, has a lot of potential to improve the educational system.
