Maybe give https://aligna.team a try.

I find the question errors are kinda useless.

I did the co-founder yc matching. we agreed on the terms of the trial work, but after 5 months, the other person wasn't completely honest about their contributions. They expected me to code up their idea and then also help with the marketing, sales, etc. while they traveled around the world.

The best advice I have is be strict and make sure both sides are working towards the goal.

Thank you for the suggestion :) Don't you think you'd have worked on-site with that person?

I just went through the link, but it seems to be an analysis tool. Analyzing and receiving feedback is great, but you can only get real feedback from people if you work with them, and aligna.team is not what I'm looking for. However, the questions are great. Thank you for the suggestion :)
