What are the leading theories for "subspace communication" and how plausible in the next 100 years?

Maybe quantum entanglement is the best bet, a simple binary device always spitting out 1/0 and some decoder attached on the receiving end while something able to manipulate it on the remote.

Not how QE works (or is known to work). You can instantly tell the state of the other entangled particle but you cannot use it to transmit information. Fun idea though.

That's fairly off-topic here, but no, it wouldn't. ChatGPT's token generation speed does not depend on what you're asking it for.
