who wants free training plans? its fairly simple - head over to fitplanconnect.com - sign up with your gmail, - link your strava account - enter your user metrics on profile page - head over to “training plans” and hit “create new plan” - enter your goal eg: “I have a road marathon on 25 september and I’d like to run under 4h” - wait for the magic to happen

you can generate and updated training plan once a week. The training plan is generated based on your training sessions in strava, so its an iterative process.

I think Strava already offers this. I used it for a 10K last year.
