On a point of fact: Farage was denied an account for being too poor, not because of his "views". The account in question is only for the rich and he didn't qualify.

More generally, No, we don't live in a "high trust" society. Specifically BECAUSE of pieces like this that knowingly lie about about the facts and people like Farage who also lie constantly in a (sometimes successful) attempt to get attention, power and money.

Personally I would not do business with either, not because of being a Remainer, but because I would not do business with a known liar and fraudster. Why would I? I likely won't get paid.
