Aha, this should clear up some of the questions and speculation from last week.

For sure. Interestingly, it looks like Stephane gave his resignation first:

It’s obvious the resignation led to reassignment of the project, not the other way around.

Really a big thanks to him from all of research community. With ease of LXD one could have different distros, package versions etc.
