The date on the contract is for completion when gov accountants cleared the transaction in full (this is how these contracts work) and lines up with the timeline for Nordstream being blown up. This is a company with clear ties to special forces who provides DEEP SEA DIVING EQUIPMENT AND DEMOLITION MATERIALS.

Yes, I do believe government employees / politicians are this stupid.

The logic here is exceedingly tenuous: "Hmm, you know maybe, just just they might have done it this way. Therefore they did. Plus it got tweeted by a widely respected shill for RT who thinks the Ukrainians bombed their own theater in Mariupol. That's real credibility."

But if put it down in CAPITAL LETTERS - that makes is sound much more convincing.
