Building a Hot Dog/Not Hot Dog Image Classifier in JavaScript

Off-topic Reaction: Could my (retired) friend Bill train his dog Hoover to discern hot dogs from non-hotdogs? If the new rule was that Hoover could freely eat dropped hot dogs, but had to wait for Bill's "okay" command before eating any other dropped food - could she figure that out?

(Bill has Parkinson's, and shaky hands. Hoover is not the world's brightest mutt. But some border collies are supposedly able to distinguish hundreds of dog toys by name, plus handle the abstract reasoning of "if I am commanded to fetch a toy with a never-before-heard name, and there is one toy which I don't recognize available, then the new name must be for that new toy".)
