How to Sell a War to the American People [video]

Osama being outside Pakistani Westpoint style officer training school really did make me question why Iraq and Afghanistan were the targets. You can say it's because Pakistan has nukes, but so did Iraq allegedly, and that's why we invaded them.

War's easy to sell here. Say "these are the bad guys" and we'll say "oh thank God, I was starting to worry it was us."

"Bad guys" is maybe not enough. You have to dehumanize the opponent. For the Iraq War, the babies & incubators thing had a big role in this IIRC.

After being through weapons of mass-destruction narrative sold to us by mainstream media to justify the Iraq war, it is very disappointing to see younger Americans parroting every mainstream media narrative, without a question nowadays.

I sometimes wonder if I should just leave US forever, to not be part/beneficiary of its future atrocities.

I guess it is because of information like this that most people in the world do not trust the US justification for fighting a war with Russia in Ukraine.

I wonder how long it will take for similar memos to come out relating to 2014, Nord stream, etc
