Looking for Comprehensive Resources to Systematically Learn Generative AI

Hi. I used the following prompt on Bard. Maybe you could experiment with different LLMs? Also, use a variety of search engines.

I'm looking for comprehensive resources to study generative AI systematically. I'm interested in materials that cover both the theoretical foundations and practical applications, ranging from introductory to advanced levels.

structure output as a list of links.

correct outputs are:

1. Textbooks or academic papers that are considered essential reading. 2. Online courses or MOOCs structured learning paths. 3. Open-source projects or tools that are beneficial for hands-on experience. 4. Blogs, forums, or communities where ongoing developments in generative AI are discussed. 5. resources that delve into neural networks, GANs, transformers, and reinforcement learning as they apply to generative models.

I'm especially keen on topic 5 (boost)

give links to the web pages that match topics 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 above.

Hugging Face has a pretty extensive documentation https://huggingface.co/docs and a section for the daily papers https://huggingface.co/papers

I haven't found a list like you've specified as it is an emerging field, however I would recommend aligning yourself with langchain which seems to be leading in the area. They have a great amount of resources and tutorials, I would start with the deeplearning.ai short course.

I'd highly recommend a course by Andrej Karpathy: https://karpathy.ai/zero-to-hero.html
